Fire and Emergency Services are critical to support the safety and well-being of people all over the world. Unfortunately, there are many places with inadequate equipment, training and apparatus to provide these basic services.
The Sofia Foundation is uniquely qualified to work with local government officials and private companies to source emergency equipment, apparatus and protective equipment for donation to communities in need.
Recent projects have included the donation of self-contained breathing apparatus in Honduras and parts for a fire apparatus repair in the Philippines.
